Three pounds is a very safe weight to start with! When it comes to making a decision about a low traction ADS or an extender vs weight hanging, it really boils down to convenience and the amount of money you want to invest or spend. Do your homework and invest wisely! All too often guys opt for cheap devices from China that break and don’t deliver results. They end up spending hundreds of dollars chasing their tail, trying all the devices that manufacturers spend tons of money on advertising.
The vast majority of ADS devices only generate between 2-5 lbs of traction. The same holds true for most extenders. However our extender utilizes 10 lb springs, and I believe the Penimaster Pro has been forced to offer heavier tension springs in order to compete with our extender.
IMO - ADS devices are supplemental devices that complement a weight hanging routine. They provide a mild amount of traction to prevent your flaccid penis from retracting while you recover from more intense hand stretching or weight hanging sessions.
