I’ve been hanging with a wench for almost a month. Just curiosu how long you’ve been hanging, how much weight you use, and for how long(time in sets).

I’m up to 5 lbs. For up tp 40-45 mins. In sets of 20 mins or so. Then one last set of 2.5 for another 10-15 mins.

How much have you gained using the wrench?do you ADS?

I am not sure yet, I have only been using it about a month. I do not ADS right now, but would like to start sometime soon.
