Should I be concerned?
Hello my pe brethen. I recently took a 2 month break from pe. Before the break, i was hanging regularly 3 sets@20mins 15 - 17.5 lbs btc. Now that i am back i do 2 sets@20 utc(under the chin, my ots variation) and 1-2 sets@20 btc or straight down. My first day back i couldn’t get a stretch at 15 lbs so i tried 17.5 and still nothing. I ended up puting 25lbs for 10 minutes then reduced to 20 lbs just to get a stretch and fatigue. Does this mean that it will be hard to get gains or i shouldn’t be concerned about my increase in strength after a 2 month layoff?
