The reason I ask about 20 lbs is because that’s what hanging SU takes for me to get a good stretch. Using the bib (only while hanging 20lbs SU) causes too much pressure on the glans. At first there is no pressure, then after about 5 minutes I have to detach unless I want that “pins and needles” feeling for the next few hours.

So I wonder if I should try vac hanging? Can I hang 20lbs or more using a pulley?

I learned my lesson about hanging heavy weights - I found 7lbs was all I needed since the ligs get alot of the stretch when hanging SD. But hanging SU or SO is different. The Tunica is TOUGH!

I mean, if it possible for someone to hang with 20lbs using a vac/tape?

If I hang more than 12 lbs I get bad PI’s. I’m still gaining with 7.5 lbs vac hanging. Oh. And pumping.
