Small weight addition crescendo

The time proven way that hangers add weights is by adding a substantial amount of weight (1/2 lb+) weekly and stay at that weight until after increasing the time, no more stretching fatigue is felt requiring more weight to shock the body into adapting to even more weight.

I’m not using a standard hanger and I don’t have any weights so I’m trying out an alternative method which in theory should work but might turn out be less effective.

I’m using the Superstretch 2 vacuum pump hanger with a large plastic water bottle filled with a measured amount of water as my weight. I started hanging in December at 0.5kg (2.2lbs) and added 200 grams each day, the water bottle makes precision weight addition easy. I am currently up to 4kg but when I reach 4.4Kg (10lbs) I intend to add less each day - 100 grams, otherwise I’ll reach the maximum weight the hanger can handle too quickly.

If all goes to plan, I will reach 25lbs by the end of March, this isn’t a long term PE regimen so I’ll be happy with any gains but I hope to gain at least 1/2” in length
I started with a fully deconditioned penis, I don’t do any other kind of stretching and will rely on gravity alone to hopefully increase my length.

The theory is that a constant gentle overload will be less dangerous and will stimulate the body to consistently adapt and get used to supporting increasing weight without discomfort. Normally, the overall weekly weight increase will be the same as adding 1lb or so.

Has anyone else tried this gentle approach?
Am I wasting my time doing it this way?

PS. My length was 192mm last time I measured.

After almost 2 years of hanging my weight isn’t so big.. I started at 2.5lbs and now I am on 8lbs..

So don’t worry so much this isn’t weight lifting challenge.DO your hanging routine, ride the fatigue and lift the weight ONLY when you don’t feel fatigue with the current weight :)

Low weight, long time. This is the way IMO.

While most people struggle to lose weight, there are those out there who are trying to gain weight. Whether it is to make a team, or you just decided that being too skinny has a lot of drawbacks, some people decide they have to put on a few pounds. Here’s how to put on some weight in a healthy way. Aim for large meals everyday but still have them healthy. Fats and meats are good foods to gain weight on.

You are definitely not wasting your time. I’m really interested to know how you get on and I think you should gain decently from this. Can’t wait to see how it goes for you.

It was going well until I reached 10 lbs which seems to be the weight limit for my girth that the Superstretcher 2 pump hanger can handle.

I’m going to try and increase my girth by pumping alone to overcome this problem. I might also try to hang with the maximum possible weight (4Kg) until my shaft is thick enough to grip the device better - I will probably need to gain around 1/4” girth for this.
