Small weight addition crescendo
The time proven way that hangers add weights is by adding a substantial amount of weight (1/2 lb+) weekly and stay at that weight until after increasing the time, no more stretching fatigue is felt requiring more weight to shock the body into adapting to even more weight.
I’m not using a standard hanger and I don’t have any weights so I’m trying out an alternative method which in theory should work but might turn out be less effective.
I’m using the Superstretch 2 vacuum pump hanger with a large plastic water bottle filled with a measured amount of water as my weight. I started hanging in December at 0.5kg (2.2lbs) and added 200 grams each day, the water bottle makes precision weight addition easy. I am currently up to 4kg but when I reach 4.4Kg (10lbs) I intend to add less each day - 100 grams, otherwise I’ll reach the maximum weight the hanger can handle too quickly.
If all goes to plan, I will reach 25lbs by the end of March, this isn’t a long term PE regimen so I’ll be happy with any gains but I hope to gain at least 1/2” in length
I started with a fully deconditioned penis, I don’t do any other kind of stretching and will rely on gravity alone to hopefully increase my length.
The theory is that a constant gentle overload will be less dangerous and will stimulate the body to consistently adapt and get used to supporting increasing weight without discomfort. Normally, the overall weekly weight increase will be the same as adding 1lb or so.
Has anyone else tried this gentle approach?
Am I wasting my time doing it this way?
PS. My length was 192mm last time I measured.
