Is it possible to condition you dick by hang to much in time? (not in weight)

This is my fourth week of hanging. I think I am able to hang 4 hours (hangtime) a day for the next few weeks. Again, I will do it with light weights. But is it ok to hanging so much time? (Regarding to conditioning)

It feels ok and I am keeping the amount of weight low.

I, can, I can, I can not, can not compute..

All of my gains has been from hanging either by SO,SD,BTC or OTS, I do all these in my routine. I also use ADS to flacid gains.

GAIN TO DATE: BPEL 7.250, EG 5.825

GOAL: BPEL 9.00 , EG 6.00

I hang for as long as possible— I don’t set any upper limit for ‘hang-time’ (if it’s possible for me to hang sets from daybreak to sunset I will.

I’m not sure if this is the best approach as I’ve not kept good records before now, but I’m testing out this approach to hanging so as to establish whether it’s going to work for me…

There are two lines of thought on this subject:

• One is to hang as heavy as possible as soon as possible, maybe even hanging as heavy as 29lbs for just one or two twenty-minute sets per day

• The other is to hang lower weight sets over longer periods with a view to keeping your unit extended for as much time per day as possible.

The question of what is the right weight is tricky however— I personally don’t know if I should be experiencing fatigue during every set, or if I should be hanging just enough to maintain a good stretch…

…I fear that if I’m feeling fatigue I may be strengthening my tissues so that they resist further stretching (which would be disastrous if it turns out to be plastic deformation that creates the increase in length)…

…I figure that erring on the side of safety is the best thing to do.

The question I’d most like to see debated is: if hanging at 4lbs causes me fatigue during every set and hanging at 3.5lbs doesn’t cause me any fatigue at all, should I be hanging at 3.5lbs or 4lbs…

…this question is one that I’d absolutely love to see debated.

This is an question that needs to be answered to make things about hanging more concrete and define a few words more.

The word “comfortable” and “fatique”.

What I have found out after a lot of reading is that two words contradict each other.
Other threads describe that you should hang in a way that is still comfortable. So this would be 3.5 lbs for you. But you should also reach fatique. Then you should hang in your example 4 lbs.

Now when I am hanging I feel that I reach fatique, but it is quite uncomfortable sometime’s. Then I am thinking about dropping weight to get comfortable. Only this way I don’t reach a great amount of fatiqueness.

I think you should go for as much fatique you can get doing this spending the most of hangtime you have.

Let’s say you have a fatigue-o-meter. Then 5 will be a good amount of fatique. You should go for 9. But how higher you get on the fatique-o-meter the greater the chance for injury. So you have to moniter yourself really good as you move up on the fatique-o-meter.

Especially in you situation I think you can hang 4 lbs as long as you can do many sets with that weight, otherwise drop some.

Hang time

What is your hang time for the weight that you use? How sets are you doing? Do think that 4 lbs is to much ? I don’t even think about being comfortable or having fatique from hanging.

As far as hang time, I think you should get in as much time as posible, that is what I do with my routine.

I had an operation to clear up my circ-scar recently and the new scar’s been interrupting my hanging, so I’d planned to try a very low weight with a very tight grip to hit my ligs/inner-penis and avoid putting strain on my skin that would aggravate the scar. I thought this might also give me some feedback as to what kind of gains I could make with a low weight (a sort of ‘two-birds-with-one-stone’ approach)

Unfortunately, I just can’t help myself so I’m back up to 11lbs (5kg) which is my current upper limit (I can’t hang any heavier than this because my unit can’t stand it and I can’t get a tight enough grip with my bib)

On the bright side of things, although I’m still getting lymph build-up around my scar it’s no longer turning the swelling purple like blackberries— I can just about stand 11lbs, but I’m going to have to hang at that weight for a while and modify my bib before I’m going to be able to hang any heavier (I’m tempted to try out the redistretcher)

I’m currently hanging 11lbs (5kg) all day (i.e. morning till night), or at least trying to, to see what kind of gains I can make over a period of two weeks to a month.

Today was the first day since I resumed hanging that I upped the weight to 11lbs and I seem to be handling it (I’m just hoping that I’m not going to be too fatigued tomorrow to hang that weight again).
