The saga continues…

3 weeks into hanging and I have measured and gained even more!

December 15 stats:

BPEL 5 7/8 “
EG 5 7/8”

December 27 stats:

BPEL 6 1/8”
EG 6

January 5 stats:

BPEL 6 1/4”
Eg 6 1/8”

I am very excited about what my dick is doing. My routine has continued to be 6- 20-minute sets. I have increased the weight up to 7 pounds and have increased my jelqs from 750 to 1200. I have noticed that my flacid length has become a lot longer, although I don’t think I should include this in my measurements because it seems that flacid length fluctuates (for me).

I still do not warm up before any of my sessions, and I hope that I am not missing out on more potential gains because of it.

I am curious about the growth in girth, though. Alot of guys have a problem gaining in this department, and I wonder why I haven’t had the same problem. If I could choose, I would replace the gains I have made in girth for more gains in length, but I am not complaining.

I will soon need to order a BIB hanger because this homemade one seems to be weakening with the added weight.

The only angle of hanging I have used thus far has been BTC, but I am going to start experimenting with others. I also hope to get some more computer equipment so that I can start posting my pics. Thanks BIB for all your help and advice. Keep up the good work. You are a great American.

You should at least give it a try to see how you like it. Heating is not really very hard.

You should probably cut back on the jelqing. Just go for a little flaccid jelqing between sets, and then ten minutes or so after your session to restore full circulation.

Why? When you have the ligs in a deforming state, why let up? When the ligs reach total fatigue, you just can’t hang BTC anymore, have to drop the weight to less than half your max, then try other angles.

I have reached my length goals and am now on a maintenance hanging schedule of about 3 - 20 minute sets per day. I am doing extreme uli’s for girth. How long do you think that I should continue maintenance hanging and do you think that an hour a day is enough.

Also, did you experience any “drift back” or size decrease since you stopped hanging? Thanks.

An hour per day is plenty. I think I maintained for about eight months or so. Really hard to remember. It was a long time.

No, still 10.5-10.75. However, when I began the Uli work, I did fluctuate quite a bit. Don’t know if it was from shaft fatigue causing weak erection, tunica changes, whatever. Anyway, that is one of the things the maintanence work is for. If you loose a little doing girth work, you can gain it back quick enough.

Mainly because Iwant said he would trade girth gains for more length right now. Senseless to work on girth when you want length.

Also, I believe that more girth hinders length gains.

I don’t want to quote/answer for JT but he told me in a PM he is bone-pressed 9.25” and total length gain has been 3.25” inches (NICE!!)and NBP he is 8.25”.

Jeez. An hour per day for maintenance? I try to do an hour/day to GAIN. But I suppose you are not using enough weight to cause fatigue??

Yes..that’s right grower.

Personally, I would reccommend more than an hour day to gain. Right now, I’m getting in a bout 4 hours hang time daily. 2 in the morning and 2 at night, or sometimes all at night.

But, if an hour is all you can do, its better than nothing.

A common “thread” I’ve noticed between “big” gainers: “big” work (assuming its down in a safe manner).

I ended up with 9.25 bone pressed and 8.2 non-bone pressed. I got a similar ultimatum from my wife as you got from yours, so I stopped working on length. Also, I noticed that I really don’t like not being able to get all of my shaft inside her. As it is now, it is still an inch outside even when I am pushing hard on the bottom. I got me a beard trimmer like you did. She loves the stubble - he he.

JT, how did you manage to gain those 3.25 inches in length? Through hanging alone or hanging combined with other routines? Please tell :) I’m thinking about actually really getting into PE sometime soon and am interested in hanging to lengthen.

I’ve observed and have attempted PE a few times, and have seen hanging to be the best choice for my laziness. I always end up not making time but plan to change that.

Yeah, its really amazing. It does have its drawbacks at times. There have been times when she put her leg up to keep me from penetrating deep. This really bugs me and she has noticed my face turn dark when it happens. Then she snaps at me about it hurting and then sex is over. I have learned that I need to get her really worked up before putting it in all the way. However, don’t get me wrong, I’d never go back to having a smaller dick. There are times when she howls like a cat and begs for it. I guess its just a matter of knowing when to tap that deep spot.

Primarily from hanging with the Bib Hanger. I also got some length from stretching and jelqing. However, be aware that I was hanging 4 or more hours per day for a long time (about a year and a half). Bigger probably hung 5-6 hours a day for a couple of years and he gained almost 5 inches. It takes time and effort, but its worth it.

I still do fulcrum hanging as part of my maintenance routine. However, I never did it more than an hour per day. Toward the end of my active length hanging I hung straight out and BTC in addition to fulcrum.
