Quickie question,

Where does one go about getting weights for hanging (in smaller increments - the body building shop I frequented only had massive dick-lacerating sizes)? Any good on-line shops for a UK person to use? Any good recommendations for a ‘starter’s pack’?

Argos and index sell weights in smaller increments, but you have to buy the bars or dumbells with them I think though (+ you can order online which is what I did). Which is not a bad idea BTW. Or the big JJB’s or lillywhites sell them seperatly.
