Theraband alternative

Funny story.I think I threw away my theraband. Basically I got my package (I had to get rid of the evidence quick, I got a big family and sis wanted to know what was in the box) and well when I opened it I forgot that I also ordered theraband, anyways I saw some plastic type sheet and I thought nothing of it, took out the hanger then threw away the rest. I think that was the theraband?

Is there anything that I can use as a replacement? Can I start without the theraband?

What were you using the Theraband for? Why wouldn’t you just go get another one?

Sorry, start hanging. I opened my package and just took out the bib hanger threw away the rest (including theraband) by accident.

You can easily buy another Theraband.

You could also buy one of monkeybar’s silicone sleeves and cut it to the width of your Bib and clamp your Bib around that. I have a silicone wrap that I use and it’s more comfortable than a Theraband. I do use the Theraband around the silicone to keep the silicone from getting ripped up by the clamp.

I didn’t know theraband was still available. I was under the impression it was taken off the market.

Homedics Thera-P bands are no longer sold. That was a neoprene band with magnets (I still have a couple of those, but they’re pretty worn).

Thera-Band resistance bands can be had from a variety of stores. I saw some in Marshall’s the other day.

I use a strip of the red one around my silicone and can clamp my Bib or Redi-Stretcher to it no problem. The silicone is snug to the skin and the clamp can be tightened securely, but still remain comfortable. The Thera-Band goes around the silicone and keeps it as good as new.

I carry the black Theraband on my site if you can’t find it elsewhere.
