Do you really think so? It sounds like a ridiculously small amount of PEople to me. I would guess 50% or maybe more. But to stay for three years in a row is indeed impressing and a bit crazy.

Congrats dude! Especially on the gains, those are impressive. Bigee this goes out to you as well- when you guys say “you felt it” in regards to hanging- what do you mean exactly? I currently do 2-3 of 20 min sets SD and at the end of it can definitely feel the fatigue in my ligs but little or nothing in my tunica which is where i think my gains are going to come. I don’t feel like I could up the weight (although I may up it .5kg or so for one of the sets tomorrow) but I noticed you say you moved to 20lbs within 4 months? I can’t imagine where I’d progress from there, just added time I guess.

Also, do you wear an ADS or just stretch throughout the day when going to the toilet for example?

I feel it in my ligs, after some of my crazier sessions I do feel some in the tunica but most of what I feel is in the ligs. thanks for the kind words. I personally do not where an ads but I always have the intentions to do so. My work is pretty physical and usually I wouldn’t be able to, and if I did I would not be able to stop and adjust or check things out. What I do when I have the time and privacy is wrap with T-band from my glans to my base.

I feel soreness in the tunica after my sixth twenty minute session in the afternoon.

Then I have to lower the weight.

If I’m lucky the soreness starts sooner, and I’ve thought of doing heavier weight in the morning but I’m hesitant to go heavier for fear of strengthening.

Wow a-unit! Your sixth set! do you always manage to get in 2 hrs a day? I know the recommended amount seems to be 10hrs a week but I can normally only fit in an hour a day so have to do 2.5 hrs on Saturday and Sunday.Do you play around with angles or mainly use the same ones?

I do two hours a day.

I never thought I would have time, but I made the decision to find out what ten hours a week would do and made the time.

I have been doing seated fulcrums with a broom handle.

Great post. I noticed that you wrote a few times about injuries, loss of eq, etc.

Obviously you came across these hurdles more than once in your PE career. What things (exercises, routines, lack of rest, etc) do you attribute most to these injuries?

Is your EQ better or worse off in the long run due to PE?

I think anxiety over my relationship took some of my discipline and focus which caused injury.

Lack of EQ was directly related to the relationship (not being able to get straight and consistant answers from my wife).

Since our reconciliation process has begun I have taken a decon break and I’m slowly returning back with wet jelqs.

I will probably wait until the fall to return to hanging.

And I still don’t get straight answers from my wife. She’s not even able to articulate why we are still together.

I just stop asking the questions.
