New guy here. So I’m wanting to follow a similar path to what you’re doing (based on Krypa’s work), but don’t understand one thing. What happens if the strain is too high? I’m seeing like 5% strain delta’s from my before and after measurements.

Not sure if it’s been brought up, but how long of a recovery is required before straining again?

5% is ok, I was getting that with my current cycle. In terms of recovery, it’s hard to say. Most people do Monday to Friday and take the weekend off, some take Wednesday off too. I think with recovery you need to try and see. You want to do enough to make your dick grow but not too much to injure yourself. I think starting with a Monday to Friday routine would be a reasonable place to start, if you have the time, then judge from that what would work for you.
