Used Monker Bars V-hanger For 3 Days And My Penis Aches Like F***!!

Thanks Mr. Happy. I don’t use heat, but I suppose I should. I know it makes a difference being in a hot tub of water when I pump. There is no doubt that shocking the system makes it react and rectract. I get severe turtling after hanging. I grab it, stretch it back out and stick it into a Fastsize ADS for an hour or so after hangning. I had a nasty suprise with the vacuum hanger. Since I pump and had no problems with lymph blisters I assumed that I would have no problem with the vacuum hanger. I got it in the mail yesterday, put it on and proceeded to hang 10lbs. Wow! My penis head is covered with large water blisters. So now I am going to have to weight for them to heal up. I will either have to use the constriction sleeves that MB sent, or drop down to a much lighter weight. I do love that feeling deep in the ligs though. Never got that with my homemade hanging device.

dwade it is an excellant hanger is it not? I am hanging 4 x 15 mins, with 4.4lb 3 days on and 1 day off. Then my next session I hang 4 x 15 min, with 2.2lb 3 days on 1 day off, then keep alternating it like that. My ligs are really feeling it, I have a redi-stretcher and never got a feeling in my ligs with that, like I do with the v-hanger. I have not had a water blister, so 15 mins is fine, I would like to do longer but I cannot get the constriction sleeve on.

From what you’ve posted so far, it seems like you have your priorities all screwed up and are taking chances with your one and only unit.

Get the weak erection problem solved first. Period.

When that’s done you need to hang 15 minutes at a time with like 4 lbs. I’m convinced vaccum hanging puts more stress on the internal structures and therefore you need less weight.

Go slow. My friend. Seriously.

You went straight to 10 lbs. and your body is trying to tell you something. Listen.

I strongly recommend you lay off PE until you can reliably get decent wood. The idea is not to have a big floppy penis that a woman (or man - whatever you’re into) can only look at.

Rehabilitate your unit. The heating I suggested will be good for you. If you add a little half dose of liquid C and get an erection, great. Let it subside and continue to apply heat nightly until you get morning wood. Ask your body to heal, and give it space to do so.

Or you could tie one end of a cord to your dick and the other to a doorknob and slam the door repeatedly. That might also get some results.

Once you get your dick in fully functioning, working order a better plan might be as follows:
Hang one day on, two or three 15 minute sets of 4 lbs. (with a 10 minute break between sets). Put on the ADS for 6 hours. The next two days do ADS only for 6-8 hours. Repeat for two weeks.

Then for two more weeks ADS only, 6-8 hours. Then two weeks of 6 hours of ADS. Then take a break for a couple of months. Come back and repeat using a hang of 5 lbs.

You can also use the pump in this every couple of days for two 15 mniute sets at very low HG settings (3 - 5 hg), after your ADS is done for the day. The pump in this strategy is only used for promoting circulation.

This is a much more penis-friendly routine. When beginning hanging 4-5 lbs. is advisable. Any more and you’re courting a toughening of the ligs that will make it harder to gain in the long run.

I think you have me confused with another person who is also posting in this thread. I have no problems with erections. I hung 10lbs with the vacu-hanger because I had been hanging 10lbs with my homemade hanger. However, the 10lbs feels different with the vacu-hanger for sure. I am going to let the water blisters heal and back off to 2.5 and work up from there until I can see at what weight the water blisters start to become a problem.

I access Thunder's by means of a Treo. Which has a 2” X 2” screen and is slow and fickle loading these pages. So things get by me.

Yes, backing off on the weight is a good idea. The vaccum hangers seem to more directly pull on the important stuff, so less weight is needed anyway. Do use heat though, very important.

And lymph build up on the glans is funny looking. So, backing off is probably a good idea.
