From what you’ve posted so far, it seems like you have your priorities all screwed up and are taking chances with your one and only unit.
Get the weak erection problem solved first. Period.
When that’s done you need to hang 15 minutes at a time with like 4 lbs. I’m convinced vaccum hanging puts more stress on the internal structures and therefore you need less weight.
Go slow. My friend. Seriously.
You went straight to 10 lbs. and your body is trying to tell you something. Listen.
I strongly recommend you lay off PE until you can reliably get decent wood. The idea is not to have a big floppy penis that a woman (or man - whatever you’re into) can only look at.
Rehabilitate your unit. The heating I suggested will be good for you. If you add a little half dose of liquid C and get an erection, great. Let it subside and continue to apply heat nightly until you get morning wood. Ask your body to heal, and give it space to do so.
Or you could tie one end of a cord to your dick and the other to a doorknob and slam the door repeatedly. That might also get some results.
Once you get your dick in fully functioning, working order a better plan might be as follows:
Hang one day on, two or three 15 minute sets of 4 lbs. (with a 10 minute break between sets). Put on the ADS for 6 hours. The next two days do ADS only for 6-8 hours. Repeat for two weeks.
Then for two more weeks ADS only, 6-8 hours. Then two weeks of 6 hours of ADS. Then take a break for a couple of months. Come back and repeat using a hang of 5 lbs.
You can also use the pump in this every couple of days for two 15 mniute sets at very low HG settings (3 - 5 hg), after your ADS is done for the day. The pump in this strategy is only used for promoting circulation.
This is a much more penis-friendly routine. When beginning hanging 4-5 lbs. is advisable. Any more and you’re courting a toughening of the ligs that will make it harder to gain in the long run.
