Vac hanging, and weird discoloration, shape on glans

I’ve been vac hanging for about 2 weeks now, and while I feel no pain while hanging, I see some weird shapes on my gland. It looks like part of of my glans has been squeezed and its ultra squished in, while the bottom half is normal? I must be doing something wrong, or is this normal?

Make sure you get all the air out of the cylinder, I used to get the same thing.

How do I do that? Do I have to poke a hole in the side? I saw there is an opening I could poke through the rubber, and the place where my head goes

No, don’t poke any holes. Look on autoextender website they have a video that explains getting air out.

Are you just referring to pulling down the stretchy covering to let the air hole on the head unit to be exposed? I’m going to try that if that’s what you’re referring to.
