I’m also using the Vac4.1. Currently two sessions per day as follows:
Morning: heat pad for 10 minutes followed by 5 lbs for 30 minutes, then five minutes rest with light jelqing, then another 5 lbs for 30 minutes followed by light jelqing or light bathmate session then extender for an hour.
Evening: extender for a few hours, then heat pad for 10 minutes followed by 5 lbs for 30 minutes, five minutes rest with light jelqing, then another 5 lbs for 30 minutes followed by light jelqing
Seems I am making some gains but I’ve only been at it for a month or so. Will report back after a few more months.
