vacextender problems...

I am having a hard time with the vac-extender. I have watched the video 5 times that he has on the site. and I am having trouble getting a good vacuum.I don’t know what I am doing wrong. can anyone help me out?

I would just read through that very long thread about the vacextender. The way I do it is exactly like the way they write it on the website so me explaining what I do would just be repeating what you dont understand. What do YOU think you are doing wrong. Maybe you are not pushing your penis enough in the cup or the sleeve isnt getting tight enough. Is that hole covered when you are doing the pull? Are you pulling and then really quick releasing the hole and then covering it back up quickly with the sleeve while you push your penis further into the cup? I would read the instructions instead of watching that video. The video itself doesn’t help much (for me atleast).
