Vacuum hanger, is there a silicon piece to cover glans or not!?

I have recently purchased one of these hanging kits from ebay

If you scroll down the listing, you will see a picture with annotations as to how to use the device. There is a part that is supposed to go over you’re glans as well as the sleeve which allows the cup to seal over you’re dick.

However, I am having real trouble trying to figure out which bit that is.

I got a medium sleeve (that didn’t fit, since ordered large) and another bit of silicone that looks like it is supposed to fit my pinkie finger, no chance of getting that over my glans!

I have communicated with the seller and apparently the small sleeve is supposed to be the glans protector, but if it doesn’t fit, there is no other size offered.

Is the glans protector necessary to getting a good seal?

The glans protector is basically a toe/finger protector but no not needed.

Your better off getting micro foam (not micro pore) tape and taping your glans as protection.

Ah thanks, that will help a lot! So it’s not just useless, after all. It’s weird that they supply something that is way too small even with medium and large kits.

I cut the end off the glans protector and use it over the large silicone piece near the cup edge to assist in a tight seal.

To save yourself some time I would highly recommend the following to complete your set-up.

Purchase an LG sleeve to hold the cup to the shaft. This is the best sleeve on the market and will maintain its seal under extreme high weight and in stressing positions (like fulcrum hanging).
Other sleeves will tear, rip, lose suction.

As for the glans cup, I found the original SiliCap to be the best cap out there. They have a SiliCap 2 out now but… I am just testing out this week so can’t say but the original blue one is bad ass.

I had the same thing when I got my vacuum hanger, the cap was so small it squeezed my gland so hard it started to cut off blood flow. I kept using it but only for 15 or 20 mins sets. I checked around on the forum and decided to go bare and have done it that way for a week now. Will try and find the cap mike was talking about. Glad to find someone else had the same problem.

Guys, can you recommend a sleeve for using a vacuum hanger from the MOS shop? I have no idea which one to choose.

And are the sleeves good at all?

Yep, I go bare as well now. No problems, it only hurts if you don’t shove your glans all the way to the end and rely on the suction to pull it in. Going bare is fine, the glans cap thing is a red herring, after all.

Searched the google for silicap and could not find this glans cap. Any interest in sharing a link?

to be exrtra safe I use both 3m tape and a “glans cap” - I bought toe protecters on amazon.. something like 20 of them for 7 bucks.. super cheap.. they work perfect as glas protecters… and a big giant box of 3m tape.. 15 or so rolls… for around 11 bucks… easy… and yes you can buy sleeves and everything on ebay for super cheap as well.. maybe they arent quite as good as other brands, but you can get two dozen of them for the price of one.. makes more sense to me..
