Since I work at home right now and have great privacy, I’m thinking of using ADS all day. However, all have have equipment-wise is a Vacuum Hanger. So, what weight would be considered an ADS hanging weight? Am I right that if I was hanging practically all day then most of it should be done at an only “ADS” level tension?

No. I use a home made vacuum ADS with elastic bands supplying the tension.

Here of some pics. I’ve only shown the glans cap. What’s missing is the around-the-waist strap. It’s basically just a big elastic band. I loop one end around the hook in the glans cap and the other around the base of my dick (with some padding to keep it from cutting in).
