What does this mean

Finished hanging about an hour ago everything was fine. Just went to bathroom to pee and inside the tip and opening was a black color, reminiscent of dried blood but was black not red.

No pain. Did my thing without an issue, but that can’t be good.?

Sounds similar to what happened to me, for me it was a cut from heavy hanging. Also at heavier weights I tend to bruise. Not a big deal for me tho.

Ok….mine wasn’t a cut it was internal coming from the tip. Anyway, it didnt last more than a couple hours, I took a few days off since I was busy anyway and resumed with no problem.
