Riding the fatigue

I just loosen the screw about 10 turns and wait 5 or 10 minutes until my glan takes on a nice pink color indicating it has refreshed the area with oxygenated blood. Then I just tighten down and roll another 20 minute set.
I can get easy two sets an hour this way.
Monty and everybody else I’m new to the forum started hanging about three weeks ago at 5lbs BTC and was very fatigued and my unit was very sore behind the nut sack so I didnt hang for 4 days and my EQ went to zero and I severly turtled . I relaxed and jelged a little in the 4 days now after reading different posts on riding the fatigue should I have went on the attack ? Did I miss an oppotunity ?
