What to wear when hanging PE weights as ADS

The little PE or golf weights that seem to be popular for hanging as an ADS are on my shopping list for today.

I’ve thought of a question for their use. Should I pick up some boxers while I’m getting them? Or will they still work with briefs. I mostly wear briefs and tight jeans because the briefs are comfortable and because I look so good in the jeans. When I work, I wear much looser tactical pants.

ADS weights at work would be fine most of the time but I need to know if they would possibly interfere with mobility needed for rescue work (vehicle rescue or high angle work) and the occasional fight which would mostly be grappling on the ground.

Will they still work if worn inside briefs or are they better if going commando or in boxers? All of my boxers were stolen so if that’s what I need, I’ll have to get more.

You will need to get boxers. With boxers your unit will be hung and you will get a good tug while moving around with the weights. They won’t be work or be effective with briefs. I wear 4 golf weights at a time while at work.
