I hope this isn’t out of line, considering the guy that apparently bit the bullet, but I’m having this same silicon sleeve issue and it would make more sense just to bump this thread.

Perhaps you can try using a tight condom in lieu of the silicone sleeve. If the condom does not break and can be reused, then you end up saving a lot of money. Or Google for penis silicone sleeve should give you many choices.
