And you will also need a sleeve for everything to work. There are many available online, but for better hanging sessions, a thicker and more durable silicone compound is recommended. LG, MOS, and Total Man have sleeves that are made with stronger compounds. With the standard sleeves, you are limited with weight.

Could you maybe explain the sleeve part? Could you maybe draw how it’d look like? Do you have to cut the sleeve and PVC into a small part that goes around your penis?

What you have illustrated would be a compression hanger. Compression hangers clamp down, below the glans, to grip the tissues.

Vac cup attachments are essentially a cup, and you insert your glans, then using negative pressure suction is created or air is pulled out. The sleeve is needed to close any gaps and create an airtight seal. You should not need to cut the sleeve, unless it is over 8”.

Looks like a silicone ring. I have the Duro Ring, and it works well for me. You should be able to find a decent silicone cock ring for an affordable price. Just search around.

Wearing a ring after expansive work is great for retaining expansion. Keeping it on during the day can also be beneficial, as long as it is sized correctly. You want to still allow circulation while retaining expansion.

I wanted to do that but then I noticed quite a few topics of people who say that they made incredible gains with a hanger thats costed them 10-15 dollars.. That’s why I am desperately trying to make my own now, haha

My point was that if you are not handy, which you confirmed, then it is easy and even likely that you will make errors in the construction and use more material than expected. Which adds to more cost. Do you have a drill and needed tools? These are needed for constructing the pvc hanger. If not, do you plan on purchasing them? If so, then more cost. Cost seemed to be a concern for you, as it generally is for all of us, and was attempting to caution you on potential pitfalls of taking on a project outside your area of comfort.

You actually don’t NEED to modify the test cap by drilling. It just makes the pull centered, which helps out. Before modifying, I only used a zinc ring under the wing nut, and attached zip ties to the zinc ring. Any hardware store will cut the PVC for you. All I’m saying, is that it is the least amount of work to construct a PVC hanger, and it is very cheap.

You really don’t need to be handy to stick a plug into a pipe and tighten a wing nut.
