Where to go next
Hello,
I’ve been PEing on and off for a little over a year now and just this feb I started hanging using the newbie routine. I have been following it closely and I’m up to 17lbs for 45min per day and it’s seems to be pretty easy but so far I have not noticed any results. I’ve been reading around this forum and it seems like days off with hanging is a bad thing. I can hang 6 days at the most but Friday is the only day I can’t make anytime. I’m thinking about taking time off and then starting back up at a lower weight for possibly a longer time? Or should I just continue as I am and go 6 days instead of the 5 days on and 2 days off as stated in the program? Basically I’m tired of wasting my time and if I’m going to devote 45min + a day I want to be doing things right. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. Sorry for posting this here but I don’t post often so I don’t have rights to post in the hanger’s forum.
