Wrapping in regards to the Wench

Wrapping in regards to the Wench

I read up Bib’s informative post on wrapping and have done everything according to his drawings and now I really feel the pull when hanging. My question is, when you have wrapped correctly, all loose skin should be in front of the wrap (towards the head) right? Because the hanger pulls everything behind it (towards your body). Is this the correct form?

The only power a woman has over you is that which you give her.

Alrdybig,

No, start the wrap about one inch behind the coronal ridge. Then after wrapping, slightly pull the excess skin from under the wrap toward the base, so that you do not stretch too much skin. The pulling of the skin from under the wrap is really just to straighten out any wrinkles or folds in the skin. You should still have an inch or so of skin in front of the wrap.

Bigger,

This is of interest to me at the moment. My hanging is up the shit.

I think the cause is because while wrapping I am getting a huge amount of excess skin ending up in front of the wrap. Its kind off like a bundled skin build up here.

When I has having get sessions 2 weeks ago there was little skin bunched up between the front of the wrap and the rear of the head.

I have been getting excessively numb while hanging lately thus I am cutting my sets and sessions to almost nothing.

The excess skin however is more noticeable on the underside of my shaft.

I must not be draughting the skin down towards the base. It seems so simple a reason but I am at a lose as to why my method is failing.

Anyway just thought I would add that to the discussion.

Why is this? Are you starting your wrap one inch behind the coronal ridge? If so, you should have only one inch of skin between the front of the wrap and the coronal ridge. Or am I missing something?

Nothing wrong with cutting a set short. Also, have you tried going up in weight lately, or changed anything else?

>The excess skin however is more noticeable on the underside of my shaft.<

When I hung, I also got excess skin on the underside of my shaft to where I now look uncut. It should not inhibit performance.

>I must not be draughting the skin down towards the base. It seems so simple a reason but I am at a lose as to why my method is failing.<

Keep working at it and give some more information.

Bigger,

I tried to answer this last night and again this morning. Computer Dumbass GMJ has to do it the manual way today. So here goes in response to your replies.

I Believe it is me who is missing something. I have not been wrapping 1” from the coronal ridge these last 2 weeks. More like 1/2”. Mind you I remember now that my wrapping previously especially in the best week I have had saw me wrapping about 3/4” from the head. Definitely not 1”. I will return to starting the wrap further away from the ridge.

I have this week tried hanging 6.5kg instead of my previous 6.0kg. To be honest I was a dickhead for doing so. I was just pissed off with my failings. I am back at 6kg for now.

Also I now wrap while sitting on the toilet. While sitting I grab my unit and pull UP and OUT instead of DOWN or STRAIGHT OUT. I have used these method for the past 3 weeks only and in the first week of doing so I had my best sessions ever.
This method of wrapping I am using needs fine tuning so to speak, however it worked so well for me 3 weeks ago and not just one session either but the whole week. Thus I am going to continue this method for the next week.
I suspect that when I have been pulling my unit upwards These 2 last weeks I have been pulling it to a higher angle. as compared to the first week. And maybe this is causing the meatus of skin to develop.

What I can say for certain is that when I first used this approach to my wrapping 3 weeks ago I got it perfect and hung the best I have ever hung. This is way I will continue to use this method of wrapping for now.

True excess skin should not inhibit performance but I did feel uncomfortable with this skin pushing and trying to ride over the ridge. That great week 3 weeks ago (it is now my bench mark to compare too) did have skin riding over the glands but it was alot less than what I am experiencing now.
My head was also heaps smaller and of-course this means I had been squeezing enough blood out to get it just right.

Maybe by having a steeper angle when I am pulling UP and OUT while wrapping is causing more skin to be caught up between the front of the wrap and the ridge. I will experiment and lower my angle down some and concentrate a bit more..

I realize that sitting on the toilet may seem alittle strange a method to apply ones wrap but it worked so well 3 weeks ago, I think I maybe onto something here. This is way i will continue this method this coming week.

Also I found a way that limits the engorgement hassle’s I have often. When the hanger is attached nice and tight I grab it and pull my unit back down towards my base and hold it in this semi compressed state until it is fully compressed and I then can stretch my unit back out and have no engorgement what so ever. It is a little different to what you have talked about before i.e moving the hanger towards the head to allow blood that is trapped to flow back down into the shaft but it was working my me at present..

I am thinking that it may read to you that I am resisting to change much in my approach for now, but I finally found something that worked perfectly for me and had the best time hanging I have ever had so I wish to try and refine this approach first before going onto something else.

Thanks for your patience and advise and sorry I could not reply using the quote system available this time. And also hoping I made sense with my replies.

Not at all. It sounds like you are working things out in a cool calculated manner. Continue on. Someone a lot smarter than me said once, and I am paraphrasing, “you do not learn much from your successes, but you do learn a lot from your failures”. I really believe that.

Good luck,

Hmm, I tried this Bib, and it sorta worked but when you do it, is the wrap to tight to pull excess skin under and out from it? Cause it sorta was for me…But when I get it as tight as I do, I get a really good Wench hold.

Alrdy,

No, my wrap was never too tight to do this. If I could piss with the wrap on, the urethra open, then the skin was easy to pull out.

If you are using a straight Therabad wrap, without a cloth underwrap, you might need to put some talc on the Theraband so it does not stick so bad. Be sure to use talc and not corn starch. Corn starch bad. Talc good.

With a cloth underwrap, it was never a problem.
