3in Hg OK, 4in Hg = hickey

It seems that if I let the vacuum pump go to 4 inches of mercury, I inevitably get a big hickey in the foreskin-scar area behind the head. If I hold the vacuum down to 3 inches, no problem. Obviously, avoiding damage is my first concern! 2 questions:

1. Can I get much growth with such low pressure?

2. Is there any way to prevent the hickey at higher pressure? It is always in the exact same place - the skin must be fragile right there.

Wrap the donut area below the head using Theraband, Ace wrap, or whatever. I use Theraband with a rubber band to keep it from unraveling. I wrap everytime I pump to protect that area, which gets enough strain from other exercises. The wrap also helps with head expansion.

If 4” is giving you hickeys, stay below that for now. When I started, 3.5” was plenty dry. 5” in water felt about the same.
