Dudes,
I have been pumping over 2 years. Not as much as some, but more than probably most.
I have been all over the lot in terms of pump pressure. I do think that the penis gets conditioned to the pressure over time, so you have to up the pressure with it. I have seen the benefits (at least temporarily) of intense workouts. Othertimes, I’ve pushed it too hard, burst some capillaries. They look like pinpricks. But a few workouts and a week later they look like they are approaching tack size. Then you are getting nervous and taking a break from the pump. Other times those pinpricks disappear and it’s no problem. Go figure.
I’ve fully packed the tube (2”) by my 3rd set 10 minute set with 2 condoms on. I’ve done that at 6 HG. I’ve done it at 10-12 hg. I prefer to do it a 6 hg but that doesn’t happen everytime (nor does it at 10-12hg). In the summer and if I’ve been keeping a good erection, it’s nearly all tunica expansion that lasts a full 24 hrs. In the winter and with a poor erection, I have too much fluid and the expansion is mostly gone 12 hours later. I found that for the best expansion, 1 day on 1 day off is the best for me. Whether that’s the routine for best long-term gains, maybe, maybe not. I’ve played with water pumping, inner tube pumping and glans wraps to keep fluid down I have gained length and girth since I’ve been pumping, but I’m a hard gainer and also accept that nothing in PE is permanent. And I’ve learned that the old tally is as temperamental as Arabian filly in how it will respond during any given pump/PE session.
My point I guess is that I’m still experimenting and still learning. A fully engorged monster after a long, intense workout is very addictive to see and feel (your loved one might well agree!). I can tell you that after you’ve pumped for awhile and start having some breakout sessions, you will be hooked and will see that no other form of PE — not clamping, not jelquing, not hanging — gives you such immediate results. If your goal is to get that monster for use soon thereafter, then go for it. But keep in mind that injury risk does increase with it. For the long term gains, to keep the injury risk low, and since you are new to it, the daily, more regular but less intense workouts as Avo, GPrent recommend are the best way to go.
I’m in something of a PE rut at the moment and have taken a couple weeks off from the pump. I’ll get back into soon enough and fall back to more regular and less intense workouts for a change of pace and to see where it takes me.
