A question regarding length differences in and out of the tube
So at the moment I have a 6.0 inches BPEL, and that’s pressing the fat pad and getting to the bone it feels for that measurement. I’ll notice that when I do my vacuum pump at around 4-5 inHg pressure, I’ll have the tube packed at the base and my erect length will get out to 6.75 inches (I currently use a 1.75” diameter tube and have 0.25” markings along it to make measurements). Now is this just the hidden part of my erect penis being pulled out from my body to fill the tube via vacuum? I would assume so since a 0.75 inch difference coming from the immediate expanding of tissue would be insane! So my question is, do I track gains by seeing how I grow from my initial erect length in the tube? If that extra 0.75 inches is from my penis extending from inside my body, does that part ever stay out permanently (will a ligament be stretched over time to allow such thing)? Or do the gains mostly come from growing lengthwise and not necessarily pulling out what exists?
Also, pumping while also doing extending via an ADS, do I want to do my pump sessions before the ADS, after the ADS, or does it not matter?
