Repeatable results are so important.

Ok so when you say “repeatable results”, is that per pump session, or after consistent pumping? Also, when Using a vacuum pump, are you supposed to pump to the point when your dick tells you to stop, and hold? Or release and pump to your Max, and repeat?

I used constant heat and a gauge. By repeatable I’m mean you pump to a certain vacuum level and keep it there. I knew what my results after each session would be. No guessing.

Ah.”constant heat” is a warm/towel even after warm up?

Try a microwaveable heating pad. The Thermipaq 6x12 has been recommended and can be found at Walmart, Amazon etc.
