Ive decided to alter my routine a bit and I’d like anybody’s input if they have a routine similar to this one:

warm up
100 jelqs
5 minutes of balloning
10 minutes of pumping at 6 hg
repeat everying but the warm up two more times

If you do ballooning/edging, also be sure that you are ejaculating fairly frequently. The prostate needs a certain amount of exercise, too. Ignore that and you can get into trouble. If not now, later.

Ballooning and edging tend to build up prostatic fluids much more than normal life would. The prostate is a highly convoluted organ, many ducts, nooks, and crannies. You don’t want to block them with accumulated fluids that don’t move anywhere and that would normally be blown off by cumming through sex or masturbation.

It’s a nice feeling to go about with the sexual/horny feeling that edging without release can give you; a nice physical high. Push that too long and you can get into trouble. Prostatitis is a nasty road to go down.

Difficult question.

Figure how often you get off on average and feel good. Do it that often.

Id say that would be 2 or 3 times a week. I usually have sex on friday and saturday night. thanks for the feedback avocet

Hey massive,

Just like to mention that I have started (about 1 month ago) a similar routine.

Pump for 10mins at a comfortable level ~7”hg
Edge for 5-10 mins
Pump for 10 mins ~7”hg
Jelq 150-200 times 2-3 second strokes with good force, but paying close attention for any pain etc.

During the pump cycles I heat using a heating fan (damn hot even from 4-5 feet away).

I do this 7 days without rest days and as such have choosen to keep the time to 40ish minutes instead of repeating the above more than once.

This has been giving me a better workout to the pump/jelq/pump/jelq cycle I was doing, the edging is giving it the (ahem) edge.

Also thanks for the warning avocet8, although I’ve been getting plenty from the wife so should be ok.

Wrong guy to ask about gains :(

Even being seriously committed to workouts I’ve only gained 1/4” length 1/4” girth since August last year so I’m not really expecting big jumps. Although saying that I think I may have a small length gain(approx 0.1”) but its not very easy to measure such small amounts.

I’m happier when I hit the 1/4” marks on the way up the ruler.

I hit 7.5”BP just before Christmas and have been around that since although I’m a smidge over now and have never measured over before :) I’m hoping this new workout (which is giving me new stresses) will kick in some gains in the next couple of months and I’ll change it up again if needed.

yeah, same here. Ive been having a hard time gaining. Sometimes, I think my willy is shrinking but its all in my head. Im gonna give this routine a go for while. Ill keep you posted.

Im pretty new to it myself, but so far it is making my penis feel much fuller. balloning is just another method of penis enlargement. You jack off and while doing this, you kegel fast. It supposedly floods your penis with DHT. I wasnt having any luck with doing the whole Supra Slammer combo, so I do this. I edge/balloon to the point of orgasm, then do a 20-30 second uli, then do one good jelq up to the head while kegeling. I do this 3-5 times before each ten minute pumping set. It really gives me a great pump. Be careful with this though, because I recently injured my PC muscle doing this. I ballooned to the point of orgasm but when a bit too far. I quickly positioned my hand for the uli and sqeezed hard at the base. I had a dry orgasm and no jizz came out. It left my PC muscle very strained. It was hard to squeeze to shit for a while. After my last pumping session, i put on a cock and ball strap on which is supposed to help with the flaccid hang. Sometimes for a bit of girth work, with the cock and ball strap on, I edge. This penis comes very engorged. With all of this, I think I have found a pretty good routine. If you decide to do it, be careful and have fun!
