I’ve cut back to 3 - 4 days a week 8 - 10 min max some with a few minutes of light jelging and stretching right after while still in the shower, nothing crazy and will probably stick with this. I may not get the results I wanted but I am hoping slow and steady wins the race in this case because I have ready to many mixed things online and it has freaked me out a little, mostly good but there is definitely some bad. I’ve also started kegels and will do those 5 - 6 days a week.
I just got married, my wife is beautiful, 7yrs younger then me and her sex drive is very high so I need to keep up and hoping this routine will work out for me without having any EQ issues and if anything help EQ quality.
