Black dots on glans

I was following the suggested pumping routine here: Vacuum Pumping 101.

I am currently in Week 2 in which I pumped straight for 15 mins. After couple of hours, noted blackish dots on my glans. I did not exceed 3 Hg. Wonder is it due to the duration?

My guess is that it could be bruising because you are sucking out blood through your glands and skin. It was probably red dots from all the drawn out blood and because it was settling near the surface of your glands too long, it started to to leave a bruise. So I would take more breaks in between sets and do light jelq to allow fresh blood in the shaft and glands.

Sounds like it was too much duration for you. I’d do 3 sets of 5 mins and massage with warm washcloth and light jelqs in between sets for 5 mins.

I have shortened the duration of pumping and subsequently noted no new black spots and the old spots are gradually fading. Now I’m doing 10+5 minutes in single session. After the first 10 minutes, I reduced the vacuum to nil, then did some Kegel to restore the blood supply before finishing off with the final 5 minutes. Thank you for the explanation and suggestions.
