Blood spotting from pumping
I’ve been experimenting alot to find what method of usage suits me best, and the results from 4 inches of pressure with rests every 20 minutes have been fantastic. Sessions can last from half a hour to two and a half hours, but regardless of how long I continue the same amount of bloodspotting seems to appear every time. Bloodspotting is the only problem with this routine, and i’m sure there are many highly experienced users on this board that have faced and overcome this problem. Is there to much time before breaks, a special warm up method or something i’m yet to hear about? All opinions and advice welcome, thanks alot.
