Boston Pump: Horrible service.

I ordered a cylinder from Boston pump about two weeks ago, and it still has not arrived. Prior to ordering, I sent two emails asking them if they could include tubing and a quick connect male attachment. They never responded, so I said screw it, I’ll get those parts from McMaster and order a cylinder from them. Well, like I said it’s been a little over 2 weeks and the cylinder still hasn’t come. I received a confirmation for the order and was charged. I emailed them about a week ago, haven’t heard back from them. Called today, no answer.

I think I’ve been screwed out of $70 dollars. Just wanted to share this experience so you guys can avoid this company in the future.

Just stay on it, I had issues with payment not getting to him and it took a few calls and e-mails but I finally got it. If he already has your money threaten to go to PayPal or the credit card. Don’t let this hang very long.

Well! With all honestly I have been pumping close to 15 years and I have used Bostonpump products right from the get-go. I always had great experience with both their products and their customer service center. Once I ordered a cylinder that was little bit larger than I measured and even then they help me to exchange it easily (as long as you don’t tear the seal). All I want to say is we shouldn’t draw a final conclusion about one or two bad experiences. For me Bostonpump is the only way to go and I am a big loyal fan.
