While I can’t answer your question exactly, perhaps I can grant a little more insight to my experience.
To date, the only real form of PE I’ve tried has been pumping. I guess I should do some manual stretches, but I haven’t. Jelqs never really worked well for me, the skin on my penis being a little loose and uncircumcised. Being a beginner, I didn’t want to try anything aggressive like clamping. I am thinking of getting a BIB hanger when I get back into my PE regimen and alternating between hanging and pumping.
