I’m buying elliptical since that is most similiar to my shape. I’m (7x4.5) so i’m buying a 1 1/2 diameter cylinder. I’m mainly going for thickness, so is this ok?
Also, I was wondering, should buy the silicone cushion for the base of the tube?
I know there are cheaper tubes on ebay, but i figured “spend a little more, get a little more”.
Any advice is appreciated!

If you were buying a round tube I would say go for a 1.75” tube, but for an elliptical, I think the 1.5” should be OK.
If you are buying the elliptical with the flange, you don’t need the silicone cushion.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

For girth that’s why I said 1.75” for a round tube and since they tend to run large, 1.5” for the elliptical. I don’t have any elliptical tubes myself, so don’t have any first hand knowledge.
