Circumcision scar puffy after pumping

Last night I did 1 20 minute set at 5-6hg then took a 3-4 minute break in between then another 10-15 minute set at 5-6hg. I noticed for a few hours after I was finished the circumcision scar area was puffy. There was no pain involved, no numbness, and only slightly red dots on the glans which are very common for me and many others. This morning when I checked my unit, he was back to normal. Just wondering why the scar area alone would puff up and everything else remain normal. Also, this was more noticeable on the underside of my penis right below my glans. Anyone else experience this or have any insight for me?

That was the beginning stages of a donut. It is not harmful, but also not helpful. It is caused by an accumulation of lymph fluid. To keep it under control keep your set time in the 10-15 minute range. Probably your 20 minute set got things rolling. If you find 15 minutes also causes it, go for 12, or whatever is needed. If you want to keep the longer sets, try a lower pressure in the 4-5 range.
