Cold Water Last Session?

I know this thread has been done before,

Jus looking for a fresh perspective, and see if it is a current practice for anyone.

I’m back from a break, after my routine I do a 15 min cool down in a bathmate with cold water

I’d never do it.

please expand on that opinion

Let it cool down naturally in an elongated and thicker state.

well yeah, we agree…not ice water or anything crazy on vac level… to cool the tissue in an expanded state

Let is warm down naturally.
