After a solid month of CP’ing I can safely say it is my preferred method of pumping. I pumped without a condom today for the first time in a while and it didn’t feel as good (productive). Also my discoloration and donut effect was much worse than when I CP.
As far as gains, my flaccid girth has definitely improved and I am surprised to see my length hit nearly 7.5” BP on off days. No stretching, by the way - I am only pumping and jelqing in-between CP sets (however sometimes I will “flaccid jelq” which I guess works the ligs). My mid-shaft girth has held steady at 5.10” over the past week — this is a .10” gain from when I started CP’ing last month. Yesterday my base girth was nearly 5.5” — a .25” gain from last month!
My method is usually to do the first set with the condom on, then stretch the condom over the cylinder flange for sets 2 and 3 as it is more comfortable. I will continue this routine as long as it feels good and I see the benefits!
