Cylinder for an extreme curved penis.

Hey guys. I’d like to buy the kit for pumping but I don’t know the right cylinder size to buy. Here’re my information:

1)I’ve an extreme curvature to the left and upward. Thanks to this, my penis is 8.25” NBPEL measured along the curvature but around 5” NBPEL if I don’t straighten it. My fat pad is almost 1”.

2)My base girth is 5.3” while my thickest point is at the mid-shaft, usually 5.7”.

I’d like to pump for gaining girth, what cylinder size should I buy? Should I go with a straight cylinder? Or could it cause me any problem?

I reckon you should go for a 1.75” or 2” use plenty of lube and start flaccid.

There’s a chance then that it’ll help straighten out the curve where using a much larger tube could make it worse.

Get at least a 10” length.

Drako, that is an extreme curve! That sounds like it could possibly be Peyronie’s. Have you ever been checked for plaques/fibrosis?

Also, pumps aren’t the best option for curves generally. Check this out , look under the later section about VED’s.

Yes, I know. My penis is really curved. A doctor visited me but He said I was ok, although He didn’t check my plaques by machines but only touching my flaccid penis. I’ve talked to a private doctor, but He said I should undergo an operation but I don’t like it at all so I didn’t do anything more.
Thank you so much for the link, really interesting stuff. I didn’t know extenders could improve that much penis curvature. I read a thread about straighten it by a pump and my real goal is girth so they’re the main reasons why I asked for pumping. However, I can’t wear an extender now so I think I’ll buy it in the future. My focus right now is the girth, length can wait :) .

No operation! You were right not to go for that. A doctor needs to look at it with an ultrasound machine to determine if you even have any plaque first. It would be a good thing to know for sure anyway, because Peyronie’s can progress over time and get worse, even causing ED and loss of girth.

Request an ultrasound, because if there is fibrosis there you might want to start doing some things to treat it in addition to PE.

Ok, so it’s a really important thing. I’ll definitely need to be visited by a doctor with ultrasound machine. Thanks for the info.
