Cylinder is leaking

I need help sealing my cylinder. I was pumping last night and on the last set, I couldn’t maintain the pressure. I could hear the air escaping towards the top of the cylinder. I double checked the o-ring and everything was okay. The leak is where the black cap meets the clear cylinder. It’s like whatever was used to bond the two pieces is missing or cracked. Is there a way to repair the cylinder without sending it back to LAP?

try super glue, or if you don’t like glue, try wrapping vinyl electrical tape round the base of the cap.

Hot glue and hot glue gun if it isn’t broke off and if it is broke off use super glue or crazy glue

Silicone is cheap and works great.
