Cylinder Sizing

Ok I am confused, on the website, ( Welcome to lapdist.com )it tells you to measure the circumference of the biggest part :for some it’s the shaft and others the head.. But everyone on here seems to be measuring the shaft? My head is a bit bigger then the shaft, which is the measurement location I should be focused on when purchasing a setup?? Ughhhh !!

What is your girth near the base and what is your head girth?

Look at the deluxe pump from lapdist and you cylinder size should be 9" X 2".

It seems that the vote leaning more toward a 1.75 when reading the forums.. ??

I think you can handle a 2” cylinder and that will also avoid any head issues.

Does it matter if I have small testicles? Are there any videos or pics of demonstration on thunder? I have found pumping 101 but no video clips/pics? Thanks

You have a large head and you are looking at Kaplan tapered cylinders. That is counter productive to your issue.

I didnt realize it was tapered. Why would they even make a tapered tube? I chose it because the brand is common and the price range is do-able. Are all kaplans tapered? I havent bought it yet !! :)

Does the mushroom cylinder actually work ??

I believe all Kaplan cylinders are tapered. The lapdist cylinders are straight walled true cylinders.

I don’t have any experience with a mushroom cylinder, but they are expensive. I believe a 2” straight walled cylinder will fit you fine.

K fellow pe’rs my el is just a tad over 6 inches in lenght, and I’m 5 inches girth! I was wondering what size tube I should get? I have a pump now but not to sure of the size of it but it’s pretty round. In the pump I can reach 17 cm which is 6.7 inches! Well just relaly needing a size tube I need to get n where is the best place to get one at? Thanks in andvanced

The right size cylinder for you would be a 9" X 1.75". The best place to get one is debatable, but here is one good place: All Products | LA Pump

Well, I’m a 6x5.25: half the guys on here told me to go with 1.75 all the websites said go with 1.75 but a handful of people on here, like Gprent said “screw the 1.75 and go with the 2.0. Well I got both and tried the 1.75 first
Outcome:
I was able to get an immediate seal and great vacuum but like gprent said, I packed the cylinder from base to head (wall to wall not length of course) within minutes.. Now this is not a bad thing because I intend to use the 1.75 for length pumping.

Then I tried to use the 2.0..
Outcome:
I could not get a seal because I have small nuts
BUT.. I didn’t give up, I was entering the cylinder soft with the 1.75 and it worked fine so I assumed that I could do the same with the 2.0. I WAS WRONG. As soon as I tried to enter erect, I got a great seal and the pressure was so much more with the 2.0. Even more important, you are able to see the amount of potential growth space in the 2.0. In meaning, if you pack the tube right away how can you gauge growth progress?
In conclusion, Gprent was right and all the websites were wrong. Thanks to gprent..

BTW did I mention that I LOVE PUMPING SOOOOOO MUCH ! I have tried a few methods, jelqing ADS, hanging,stretches, squeezes, PE weights from Good Ole Monty,Auto ext, and a few others that I dare not admit to.. I have to say that if ever there was a form of PE that I could get addicted to, it is without doubt pumping with Jelqing following a close second.
