I currently have 2 cylinders that have the flange on the bottom. I am wondering about the thickwall cylinders in comparison or other cylinders. What are the pros and cons of each.

The reason I’m asking is I tend to occasionally squish my nuts with the flange right now. I’m thinking with the next size up it will be even harder to keep them out of the way.

Be sure to hold the cylinder pushed tightly against the bottom of your shift when you first start pumping. PumpToys offers a great thick silicone gasket to fit over the base which prevents suck in and improves comfort but costs $28. BostonPump offers an ergonomic shaped cylinder base which would mitigate your problem.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Does anyone make curved cylinders for an upward curve? Mine curves upwards, and when I pumped in the past, my glans would be pushing into the front of the cylinder. It’s probably not the big of an issue, but it would be nice to not be pushing into the front of the cylinder when pumping.

Keeping balls from getting sucked in or squished by the flange is easily solved if you tuck your scrotum underneath your buttocks and sit on it.

Is there any pros or cons from either Cylinder?

Same problem here, not yet imconfortable.

There is some cylinders with the glans part wider.

Probably if you have the right tools, you can bending the cylinder a little bit to match your natural curvature. I think I read one post of a Thundersplace member who has done it.

Let me check.

Pumptoys will make you one with an “angled entry” option. The tube is not curved, but the entry end is, I think fifteen degrees less than the standard ninety degree “straight on” opening.

I did find a “Mr. Fantastic’s penis pumps” site that offers curved cylinders. In the UK though, and none too cheap.
