Interesting. What was the issue, skin irritation? And you say a few seconds at 9hg and then back down to 0hg for a minute?

Recently I found a trick that took care of all the spotting / bruising, and lowered fluid build up by a lot. During the off time of the cycles, I pull out and do some manual stimulation. That’s it. Just every 10-20 seconds pull out and re-stimulate. Then back in for 10-20 seconds. Repeat until workout is over. I also start out erect before going in the first time, and spend a few minutes building up the pressures and times of the on cycles before getting to max.

Bruising and pain basically.
The pump would only hit max pressure for a second and then start decending.

The issue I have with the method your thinking of is you have no accurate measure of pressure other than how it feels, just be careful.

I think he should try it just like peff and then tell us what happens, maybe huge gains maybe huge injury, will be a good experiment.

Note this thread had nothing to do with PE4F, I only was interested in discussing cylinder sizing yet everyone comes out of the woodwork to attack with doubt. I bet BD got a lot of pms.

Sorry for ask but where is PE4F’s method? Do you have a link so i can take a look? Maybe i can try it, since i’m pumping for a long time.

Perhaps it’s some fear of the new, the different, the unknown. Mostly they’re just trying to protect newbies. Both from injuring themselves with a high intensity method, and from spending a bunch of cash on something that may not increase their gains. Attacking you isn’t a very effective way of doing that - since you’re obviously a guy experienced with normal pumping who has read all of PE4F’s posts and have already made the decision to try out his method in an informed and reasonable manner. But their motives are in the right place.

I’m glad somebody else is finally trying out PE4F’s method (I like the 4, and I’m using it from now on). Because it is done at higher pressures, one can pack the tube faster, and that’s partially why a well-fitted tube is more important than with traditional lower pressure pumping. The ball-suck factor is also stronger at higher pressures. A 1/4” jump might not matter much when you use low pressures and don’t pack the new tube right away. A few months or years later you will pack that new tube. But in my case for example, when I got to 4.7” girth and made the jump up to a 1.75” tube (5.5” girth), I could pack it on the first day if I wanted to. Problem is, that causes so much edema that as ThunderSS once put it, it comes out looking like it was in a breadmaker rather than a pump. Luckily, the frequent intermittent restimulation style I’ve mentioned seems to solve this problem.

He’s a member here from down unda who shared his unique pumping method a few years back. Hasn’t posted much at all beyond that, but still pops in every once in a while. If you click “read all posts” in his profile, it will fully explain the method. Nearly every post he made is about his method, there are only 27 posts, and nobody could explain it better, so I recommend reading all 27 of those posts as a starting point. Marinera did an excellent job of “receiving” his method and asking all the right questions about it. Maybe I will make a thread about the key points later since there is now some interest and I have some experience with it.
