Cylinders larger than recommended.

I have a base girth of right around 4.25”. I know the sizing chart suggests I need a 1.5” cylinder. I’m having difficulties finding a good quality cylinder of that size in a package deal. I don’t want to spend over $100 because I’m not swimming in money. But I have found 1.75” cylinders on PictureBrite.com where I can get the cylinder and metal gauge pump for around $65 total. I guess my question is, would it be detrimental to success for me to just start with a 1.75” cylinder at my rather small girth? Or, am I just going to have to fork out the extra money to get the package deal over at LAP? Thanks guys!

Keep in mind that you can buy the LAP cylinder and a male coupler there, and then buy a brass pump from Harbor Freight. You’ll be money ahead compared to the LAP package, and have a cylinder that is the right size for you.

If you want to go with the larger cylinder, keep in mind that there is a greater risk that you will pull your testes into the cylinder during your pumping session. There are measures you can take to reduce that painful risk, though.

Other than that risk, there’s no problem with pumping with a cylinder that is larger than you need. Do a search on ‘full package pumping’ or ‘sun tea jar pumping’, where men use a vessel large enough to accommodate both penis and balls.

With appropriate caution, you should be all right.

Also, are the cylinders on Picturebrite quality enough or am I paying less for a much crappier cylinder (compared to LAP)?

I have a Picturebrite cylinder in my collection.

The quality is pretty good, especially for the price.

And keep in mind that, with luck, you’ll enjoy pumping, you’ll gain and you’ll need a larger cylinder in the future. Start saving your pennies for the LAP (or Vacutech) cylinder, the next size up!

Three thoughts on how you can keep your balls out of the tube:

• Start VERY slowly at the beginning of each session. Apply just enough vacuum to achieve a good seal, and then give things a couple minutes. You should then be able to apply more vacuum gradually.

• Use some sort of soft wrap at the base of your testes. A strip of cloth should work. So would some variety of ball stretcher.

• Buy some sort of universal sleeve/’penis donut’ as an adapter. (If you go to www.amazon.com and do a search on ‘universal silicone replacement donut sleeve’, you’ll come up with examples..
