Guys, this is serious…
What I’m about to post next, may have been massively discussed before, here, at thunders, but I still want to give it a go.
Well, after one and a half month of pumping, and after almost 10 months of PE [on and off, but mostly on (80% of the time)], I think I’ve had the opportunity to get together some important info about what I’ve been doing, that I would like to share and discuss with you all.
I started my PE (without even knowing that this term really existed), when I bought my extender from Penis Plus, back on 2004. I barely wore it until the second half of the past year, when I fell in love and got a girlfriend. Damn, that was a time of change for me! I had to forget my insecurities, I had to win this battle! I really wanted a bigger penis!
So, I started to wear the extender, for about 5/6 hours a day. Later on, by the end of the year, I heard about jelqing for the first time, in a website (I was surfing around the internet searching for those fantastic magical pills which I foolishly thought was going to instantly solve my problem, get me ride of my insecurities, and give me a 8x6 unit overnight), and started with it.
Then I found out thunders. Signed in, heard all about the newbie routine, and decided to give it a try. Let me just tell you that I’ve never, EVER, measured my penis until this point, in my whole life. I was scared to death that I would collapse when I figured out I was really small. So, I really ran away from the real measurements. This time I did it, I had to, so I could compare the results. I started with a BPEL of 5.3 in (13,5cm) and 4.5 of EG (11.5), and was on my way to grow some more! At this point, I think I was already seeing some gains from the fact that I was wearing the extender for some months, so I might have been even shorter before that.
One month later, 5.7 in BPEL, and Girth was exactly the same. I was on my first month of newbie routine, and was really excited about all this. I thought to myself “man, if I’m growing this fast, by the Summer I will have a penis like King Kong!”. What a mistake! I overdid it, and got injured. Months later, had to return to the newbie routine. Fortunately, I didn’t lose any of the gains I had, which was very cool.
Then I bought a pump. Many time later, I got it and started to use it, as recommended by avocet on his “vacuum pumping” thread.
Now, almost one and a half month later, my opinion is that pumping will not enlarge your penis, if used alone, all by itself. No way… it’s the combination of pumping plus exercises (and plus a lot of supplements, by some of the members I talked to) that may work for us.
Maybe it’s to soon to start talking about this, but I’m almost sure I’m right about this. I decided to start a pumping routine, a very simple one, and stop everything else, like the stretches, the ADS, etc. And my penis is exactly the same as it was one month and a half ago.
Some of you may want to kill me, but believe me, I’m just expressing my opinion here, and this must be looked only as a sort of advice for the newbies which may think the pump is = instant growth, THE SECRET!
I’m changing my routine, I will still be doing the pumping sets according to what Avocet recommends, but I will also add some more stuff. Gotta keep trying what works best for me. Until now, what worked best was the exercises + extender, back in January. That’s a fact.
Oh, and one more thing. I’ve just finished my Friday routine, and I gave horse 440 squeezes a try. Let’s see what happens in the next days.
