Do pump gains hide real gains?
Hi all!
Glad to see this pump is providing some nice, solid increase after about 15 minutes.
But I’m also a little concerned to measure this week (since starting in November) since I don’t know if this would be an accurate way to gauge progress in girth next to Jelqing. I feel like maybe there hasn’t been any increase with Jelqing, but that’s what measuring is for, though, right?
If I feel like I’m only seeing gains in pumping, should I stop doing it and focus on traditional exercises, or does it mean I found an answer to a problem of no gains? (If this makes sense?)
