There’s a guy on Etsy selling a PA variant you might be interested in. It’s basically an L-shaped rod with a small diameter disc on the short leg. You slide it in the bottom of the PA piercing and the disc sits flush with the bottom of your shaft; there’s no ring. The end is threaded to take a cap or a ball if you want.
The interesting part for me is that it is drilled through from the front through the bent part. You can order any lengths you want so it fits your existing piercing, and you also get your choice of diameter. Ideally, a close fit so urine goes through the drilled center instead of spraying around the perimeter.
It’s not a curved barbell or ring like a normal PA, but it looks like it wouldn’t interfere with pumping, and you could always swap it out for a ring when you wanted. I was considering one for a while, but went with the Tetherspout setup instead.

In previous threads, some forum members mentioned they would remove their PA jewelry while pumping and then reinsert it.

If you’re handy with tools, you could adapt a tube for a PA. Use a felt tip pen to mark where the ring is, cut out a small slot with a Dremel tool, then make a pocket out of a wad of Shapelock plastic. You can keep reheating the Shapelock until you get the exact fit you want. It will also stick pretty well to most plastics used to tubes.
