Those pics are simply before and after a pumping session. Notice the body colouring- suntan on arms. etc. The after would shrink back later on.

The last example is a darker (after) body colour, but so is the background, and the guys are big to start with.

And I would inagine that the FDA ‘approva’ applies to all pumps of a certain standard.
