Dr. Joel Kaplan's Complete Penis Pump?

Dr. Joel Kaplan's Complete Penis Pump?

Hello everyone. Im about to purchase a pump and I was going to get one from LA Pumps until I found out about this pump. At https://www.jnoutlet.com the pump is only $63. Its alot cheaper than LA pumps. My question is, is this a good pump? Also, the cylinders come in the sizes 2" or 1.75" diameter. If the girth of my penis at the base is about 5.25" around and my girth at midshaft is around 4.6", which one of these cylinders would better fit me? thanks.

Looks like the $63 trigger pump is made of black plastic. I would worry about it wearing out. The deluxe pump with gage from LA pumps is Brass and has laster me for over two years of hard labor and still performs like new.

I think you should start out with the 1.75 diameter cylinder based on your mid-shaft girth. Once you can consistently and easily pack this tube, you can move up to the 2.0 inch, but it will take a while to get there. Only increase your tube size in .25 inch increments when you do go larger.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

thanks gprent101. I was thinking the trigger looked a little cheap too. But, what I was thinking, is once the plastic trigger wore out, I could get a brass trigger from LA Pumps. Do you think the brass trigger from LA Pumps would be compatible with the Dr. Kaplan cylinder?

That would pretty much be determined by the hose size used. If it’s the same size, then just unplug from the plastic pump and insert over brass pump fitting. If the tubing is not the same, you will have to find adapters to make it all go together.

If it doesnt fit where could I find some adapters?

gprent,

I am slightly larger than massivewang, and have a 1.75” tube. I have been pumping for about a month, and am now up to two 20 minute sets at 4.5-5 in/hg with 10 minutes of jelqing between and after two days on one day off. I have been packing about 1/3 of the way, and progress seems to be slowing.

I know every one responds differently, but on average what kind of time period would you guess a “while” to be.

Thanks for any help.

Probably from the same hobby store where you can buy the tubing. The tubing on my brass pump, best as I can measure has a 5/16 OD. Maybe someone with a Kaplan can measure the tubing and let you know the size. I can’t give you the ID size, cuz it’s really a tight fit on the fittings and I’m not taking it off.

If the 2 are different though, when you buy the brass pump, also buy the tubing for it. Then all you have to do is connect the free end from your new brass pump system to the free end from your kaplan cylinder system.

Sure is complicated saving money! Just pray they both use the same size tubing.

chas123,

I think you have a real nice routine going there and I would stick to it.

The time period a while is different for everyone and I don’t know everyones experience. Just keep doing what you are doing and before you know it, it will have been 3 months since you started and you are ready to buy your next tube—no guarantees. One thing I know for sure is, it is magic that first day you pack the tube.

Are you the one I recommended to wrap the tube in an electric heat pad while pumping? You should try this as I think it speeds the expansion process and also prevents all condensation. Plus it is soooo comfortable! Target has $15 dollar heating pads made by Kaz.

It has not been recomended to me directly (the heating pad), but funny you should mention. I was doing a search about a week ago and saw the post you are referring to and just picked one up last weekend. I have been using a heat lamp which works well for a good penetrating heat, but it’s hard to apply the heat evenly while pumping. It seemed if I was trying to get the base good and warm, my glans was getting a sunburn. The heating pad should work better. Thanks.

There are alot of Kaplan pumps on ebay and they are pretty cheap compared to what is on his site.

I bought one for $59. on ebay. Seems to be working so far, I have only been using it now for about 2 weeks.

Does any one else get sealing problems with their kaplan. I cant seem to get a good seal, and i don’t want to mess with the female coupling in fear of fucking it up. But I was thinking of using silicone where the pump and tubing connect. Anyone have any suggestions?

hahaha this is funny, doesn’t “Kaplan” make SAT books also?
