Finally settled on a routine...
Well after months of expermenting I think that I have finally found a routine I like. I get up early and pump for anywhere from 30-60 minutes (5 min. @ 5-7 vac, 30 sec 0-1 vac, repeat until I have to run. Later in the day I hang 6 lbs for 20 min 3 times with 5-10 min. breaks inbetween. I cann’t say that I have any permanent gain as of yet but I have noticed espically as of late that the pumps are lasting much longer. I wear a cockring after pumping and it seems to be lasting now until I go to bed around 11:o o pm.
